Homes in Country Club Estates are often priced around $100,000, making them accessible to most buyers.

Bellagio on Venice Island

Bellagio on Venice Island does not have its own marina, but it is next door to the marina off of South Tamiami Trail. This marina includes more than 75 slips and can accommodate several different sizes of boats. Residents of this popular suburban community are within easy reach of marina access and all of the amenities that are concentrated around South Venice.

Enchanted Isles

Enchanted Isles is located across from the North Shore of Venice Island in the community of Nokomis. This prestigious community is located on a peninsula between Roberts Bay and Dona Bay. Roberts Bay is a popular place for a wide variety of water sports and Dona Bay offers exceptionally deep waters. Southbay Yacht & Racquet is located halfway between Venice and Sarasota. This community is known for its deep water.
