Like many of us on the Florida Gulf Coast, being originally from up north, I always dreamed of making Florida my home! My wife’s family has 3 generations that have settled in Sarasota County and I’m beyond blessed to be a part of that over these last 4 years. Coming from Ohio, my wife and I have loved experiencing all the many places and activities that make Florida so unique!
Since becoming a real estate agent in 2017, I quickly earned notable accolades in the industry by becoming a “RISING STAR” and earning the prestigious $25 Million Dollar Club. In 2022, I started The Julian Montunnas Team and continued to grow even further!
