Eyes Wide Open

Real estate is a customer service business. The pace is fast and challenging but the sole measure of success is the quality of the customer service we deliver. Many Realtors proclaim themselves to be #1 but until you see yourself through the eyes of the customer, you don’t really know how you measure up. Customers are always evaluating your customer service. Some keep it to themselves, others rate you on apps like Yelp, Zillow, and the like. More importantly, are those that think enough of your service to share their praises with a friend, neighbor, or family member. These personal recommendations are what makes a business grow.

Over my years of being the Broker-Owner of Gulf Shores Realty, I have become a connoisseur of customer service. Delivering exemplary service to every customer every time is essential.

As a connoisseur of customer service, I was delighted with the great service I received at Tomatillo’s tonight at 339 Commercial Court in Venice, Florida. So much so, I had to share it. After all, they really get it. From the moment we walked in the door, my wife and I were greeted with a bright smile, a hello, and immediate service. The food was hot and fresh and by the way…delicious. The staff were hard working, but still took the time to say hello and assist to speed up our check out. The remarkable thing is that I have been to this same restaurant 20 times before and have always been treated the same way. Even at their youthful age, they surpassed all expectations.    So if you want a great customer service experience, visit Tomatillo’s in Venice.
