A strategic and highly accomplished Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Tracy has closed over 1,000 residential transactions. She has proven experience directing organizations for large and diverse companies in business development, digital marketing, sales, home remodeling design, and operations management, in addition to real estate.
Most recently, Tracy spent two years as a Sales Broker Associate at Michael Saunders & Co in Sarasota and as Owner & Educator at Shore Real Estate Academy. Previously, she was the Managing Broker for the No. 1 Century 21 in the world, managing 50 agents in Indiana. Beginning in 2003, Tracy spent 14 years as a Broker Associate with RE/MAX in her hometown of Elkhart, IN. There, she was No. 1 in the market and was awarded Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards.
