About Tom Battisto
After leaving the cold and snowy Lehigh Valley in PA, (good move!) I found a new career as a Full-Service Realtor since 2004 and Broker Associate since 2005, serving the Greater Venice Area, including Englewood, North Port, Nokomis, Osprey, and southern Sarasota. I specialize in Golf Course Communities, Gulf front living, and condos in all price ranges. I will help you find your ideal property, and assist you throughout the entire process. I will never try to “sell” you anything you do not want. You will get professional, personal service always, from a true property “know-it-all.” If selling a home, you can expect a dedicated, knowledgeable listing agent to best represent your largest investment on the MLS, and on a multitude of websites. I have attained the designation of Green Building Sales Professional, Certified New Home Specialist, and Residential Construction Certified agent, allowing me to help you navigate through the process of buying a new construction home in one of the many builder developments in the area.
